Sealing is provided and is recommended when corrosion resistance is a top priority. Sealing should be specified by our customers prior to running the parts. Hot water seal is available for Type II Anodizing.

A PTFE (Teflon®) coating is available for aluminum anodizing.  Our PTFE coating provides a wide range of advantages including hardness, dry-film lubricity, release (non-sticking), and corrosion protection. The part can either be fully submerged into the PTFE solution or can be brushed onto areas specifically requested.
