Electroless Nickel Plating
Electroless Nickel Plating creates a uniform, hard coating for either steel or aluminum parts. Because our nickel plating process is autocatalytic (electroless), it ensures that all surfaces and blind holes, even on irregular shaped parts, are plated with an even layer of nickel-phosphorus that is less porous than electroplated nickel. Masking is available when requested. Heat treatment after nickel plating is also available when requested at an additional cost. This process is RoHS compliant.
